1. Cant see the 3d interface?

Answer: The interface requires "Java Runtime Environment (JRE)" installed in your computer. if your computer dont have JRE installed, get the installer here or see list of download sites here

2. I have JRE installed but still cant see the 3d interface?

Answer: Your computer might not meet the minimum requirements of the 3d interface. The minimum requirements is Pentium 3 800, 128MB RAM, 64MB Video.

3. The 3d interface is too slow?

Answer: Please try closing other applications, this is 3d runtime interface, meaning it really uses lots of memory and cpu.
Answer: Your computer may have meet only the minimal computer requirements. To enjoy the 3d interface please use a faster computer.
